Tim Oliver
President and Chief Executive Officer
Timothy (Tim) C. Oliver is the Chief Executive Officer for NCR Atleos.
Appointed in April 2023, Tim was chosen by the NCR Board of Directors as CEO for NCR Atleos because of his deep experience in our business, proven leadership through the development of his own teams, and exceptional amount of care for our customers, employees and communities.
Prior to his current role as CEO of NCR Atleos, Tim was Chief Financial Officer for NCR and responsible for all aspects of NCR’s financial stewardship, compliance, balance sheet management, working with the investor community and partnering with the business units to ensure customer success and profitability.
A seasoned corporate finance executive, Tim brings three decades of experience and a successful record of integrating advanced technologies, transforming portfolios and managing economic uncertainties. Tim has worked in the manufacturing, technology, and software business sectors and brings deep mergers and acquisitions, investor relations and financial planning and accounting expertise to NCR.
Previously, Tim was the Chief Financial Officer of Springs Window Fashions. Tim was responsible for the company's overall financial strategy and updated operations by realigning the reporting structure, implementing and operationalizing new IT tools as part of a broader ERP project and relaunching lender relations efforts to improve transparency. Tim joined Springs from the Goldstein Group, where he was President and CFO of a private conglomerate comprised of several diverse operating companies and an equity investment portfolio.
Prior, Tim held CFO and other senior-level finance positions with MEMC, Metavante Technologies, Rockwell Automation and Raytheon. Tim started his career in operational Finance at AlliedSignal and was a bond trader at Bear Stearns & Co.
He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Williams College in Williamstown, Mass. and an MBA from the Stern School of Business in New York. Tim is a member of the Board of Trustees for the NCR Foundation. He is also chairman of the board for the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Foundation and serves on the hospital’s Board of Trustees. Tim also serves as Treasurer of the St. Louis AAA Blues.
Stuart Mackinnon
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Stuart Mackinnon is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for NCR Atleos.
Stuart is responsible for the successful execution of NCR Atleos’ business operations and strategies. In his role, Stuart oversees the development, management and consulting of services, hardware and software solutions and the customer experience for Self-service Banking, Retail Network, As a Service, and Technology and Telecom businesses. Stuart is also a member of the board of directors for Clip Money.
Prior to his current role, Stuart served as Executive Vice President, ATM Group, NCR Banking, where he was responsible for the strategy and implementation of NCR’s global ATM technology and operations, including ensuring around-the-clock operational status, performance monitoring, cash management, technical and call center support and field operations. He was directly responsible for developing innovative technology solutions with a focus on efficiency and service. Before joining NCR, Stuart served as Executive Vice President of Technology and Chief Information Officer at Cardtronics. He joined Cardtronics after the company acquired Columbus Data Services where he held the role of President. He also held senior technology roles at Threshold Financial Technologies and Choice Hotels in Canada.
Andy Wamser
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Andy Wamser is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for NCR Atleos.
He joined NCR Atleos in January 2025. Andy is responsible for the continued development of a best-in-class finance organization, helping enhance tactical and strategic execution and driving value creation for our shareholders.
Andy joined NCR Atleos from BlueLinx, a leading U.S. wholesale distributor of residential and commercial building products, where he held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Andy has extensive experience as a finance leader in both corporate and capital markets roles, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mativ Holdings, Vice President, Finance, Treasurer and Investor Relations at AutoNation and senior-level investment banking roles at Barclays Capital and UBS.
Andy holds an MBA from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.
Andrea Burson
Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Andrea Burson, PHR/SHRM-CP, serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at NCR Atleos. With more than 20 years’ experience in the field, Andrea is a strategic, results-driven leader, with a demonstrated ability to cultivate strategic partnerships and build and lead strong teams. Andrea has more than ten years’ experience with NCR Atleos and its legacy companies, Cardtronics and NCR Corporation.
Andrea spent her early career in talent acquisition and HR generalist roles before joining Cardtronics in 2011. With Cardtronics, Andrea expanded her expertise in the ATM self-service fintech space, starting in talent acquisition before being promoted to director, then vice president of HR in North America. In this leadership role, she oversaw talent acquisition, HR business partnerships, North America benefits and more. In 2022, when Cardtronics was acquired by NCR Corporation, Andrea expanded her role as the global executive HR partner for the banking and payments businesses. After the NCR Atleos separation in 2023, Andrea was the global executive HR partner for the sales, product, professional services and customer support organizations. She was promoted to acting chief human resource officer in July 2024 and CHRO in January 2025.
Andrea earned her bachelor’s in science from the University of Florida in 2000. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Leonard Graves
Executive Vice President, Global Operations
Leonard (Len) Graves is the Executive Vice President, Global Operations for NCR Atleos.
Appointed in August 2023, Len’s current role encompasses Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Hardware Installations and Services Delivery.
Most recently, Len was Senior Vice President of Services Delivery for NCR, where he led 12,000-plus field service professionals to deliver industry-leading levels of service to the world’s largest banks, retailers and restaurants. Previously, he was Vice President, Global Manufacturing for NCR where he led the team to achieve significant improvements in operational excellence across EHS, Quality, Delivery and Cost. Len also oversaw NCR’s transformation to contract manufacturing. Under Len’s leadership, the Field Services team has leveraged its long-standing reputation as a relationship-based service provider into a competitive advantage with NCR customers of every size and in every industry.
Len has over 30 years of operations experience within Global Manufacturing and Services organizations. Prior to joining NCR, Len was with General Electric for 18 years, where he his career progressed through the Quality, Six Sigma, Operations and Supply Chain organizations of GE’s Aviation and Oil and Gas businesses. Len also held senior operational roles at Panasonic.
Len holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Glamorgan, Wales, UK and resides in Atlanta with his wife and daughters.
Ricardo Nuñez
Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer
Ricardo Nuñez serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer for NCR Atleos.
Prior to joining NCR Atleos, Ricardo served as Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary of Mativ Holdings, Inc. (formerly SWM International, Inc.) (NYSE), where he led the legal team for the spin-off of Mativ’s Engineered Papers business, its acquisition of Scapa (traded on the London Stock Exchange) and SWM’s merger and subsequent rebranding with Neenah Paper (NYSE).
He previously served as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of HD Supply, Inc. (NASDAQ), a spin-off from The Home Depot — the subsequent Initial Public Offering of which he co-led.
Ricardo’s professional experience also includes senior, international legal roles at The Home Depot, General Electric Company and Esso Inter-America, Inc. (the Latin America affiliate of Exxon Corporation), as well as private practice at Steel Hector & Davis (now part of Squire Patton Boggs).
Ricardo is active in numerous charitable and civic organizations. He received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from The Wharton School of Business, and his Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law.
Jennifer Personette
Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer
Jennifer Personette is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for NCR Atleos.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Jennifer is responsible for the strategic direction of NCR Atleos’ marketing, communications and external affairs, including brand and industry marketing, analyst and media relations, government relations and community affairs, creative services, customer experiences and employer brand.
Previously, Jennifer was with NCR, most recently as Chief Marketing Officer. Since she joined NCR in 2014, Jennifer has played an integral role in evolving the marketing organization and enterprise brand to reflect NCR’s transformation to a software-led, as As a Service company. As NCR separated into two independent companies over the past year, she led the rebranding initiative for both companies, which involved extensive research to understand the value our customers placed in the 140-year-old NCR brand and develop the names and identities of two new companies that would excite our customers while continuing to build on NCR’s strong legacy.
Prior to NCR, Jennifer owned and operated two different marketing agencies that worked with wide-reaching clients, including Lowe’s Home Improvement, Kellogg’s and Coca-Cola. She is an 11-time ADDY Award winner and holds a bachelor of business administration from Georgia Southern University, as well as an Innovation Management Certificate from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Her community involvement has included serving as a Vice President for the American Marketing Association, co-founder and steering committee member of the San Diego Museum of Art and Board Director and Marketing Chair for Home Start, a non-profit child abuse prevention and treatment agency.
Kristen Brady
Chief of Staff and Executive Director, Corporate Operations and Strategy
Kristen Brady is Executive Director, Corporate Operations and Strategy for NCR Atleos and also serves as the Chief of Staff to the CEO.
In her current role, Kristen is the liaison between the CEO and the business leaders, supporting the strategic direction set by the executive team. She plays a role in fostering collaboration and streamlining decision-making processes to strengthen communication across all levels of the company.
Previously, Kristen held various roles in marketing operations and sales operations across NCR. She led a global team focused on aligning process optimization, automation and technology development to the business unit’s objectives. Kristen is passionate about paving the way forward for digital transformation.
She holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Management and Supply Chain Management from The University of Georgia. Kristen resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
